I think you would like the city Viborg and its beautiful surroundings. It's a place where I go often in summer.

You've got a wonderful season in Japan now. With all the Japan cherry (as we call them here). I can never remember the Japanese name, although your language is very pretty.

I've just seen a documentary from a series which an English lady, Venetia, married in Japan, is making. She visited a beautiful place in the southernest islands of Japan and met among others some very old women. And they were so energetic and fresh that it was amazing!! I think we should eat more fish here in DK. We are surrounded by water and oceans and fish and yet we eat too little fish. But the tide is turning......

It is so cold today, the little birds are freezing. Is it the fimbul winter??

Happy Easter!
Grethe ´)

Thyrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06784021614587470421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18679050.post-84190370937237705972013-03-29T04:37:14.267-07:002013-03-29T04:37:14.267-07:00Viborg is such a fascinating city with rich cultur...Viborg is such a fascinating city with rich culture and history. You always spend a lot of time to tell us the details. I really appreciate your time and efforts. Among all the lovely photos, I like the last image best in which towers soar to the sky where I believe simple truth exists.

I was so happy to hear from you, Grethe. In my country, spring has come earlier despite the much more harsh winter than usual. I hear Europe is attacked by the cold. Wish you’ll feel warmer breeze sooner. Happy Easter to you.

Yokostardusthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10684501661629146087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18679050.post-32411576786407301782013-03-28T23:50:17.169-07:002013-03-28T23:50:17.169-07:00Thank you Steve, and thank you for your kind and w...Thank you Steve, and thank you for your kind and warm greetings from the wings of the cranes. Whenever I read about an area's deep, rich history and then see people today in shops or walking cobblestone streets, I'm further enthralled. Hmm, wish I could explain this better!

And I've finally got my posts on the sidebar so I can better follow. Oh, but Google messed me up!

Happy Easter, Grethe. I hope all's well with you and yours. Haven't heard in a bit but no news is good news, as the expression goes. xoxoxKittie Howardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07756250649095903317noreply@blogger.com
