Come on Son, we're going Fishing.....

It was at Kalø Beach on a lovely summer's day in July. Father and son were out for the son's first little fishing. The boy was hesitating. There was something else down in the water. He had this catching net..........

Something was tickling his feet and he laughed ..... (and almost cried)

He went to put his mysterious catch into the bucket. Was it a crab?

- but then he threw it up into the air. Not worth saving! It was not a fish. Better luck next time little fisherman!

I want to continue to see the world through the eyes of a child, all that wonder...

Hej you! That's true. It is so vital to continue being enthusiastic about things. Or you might as well be dead! Have a nice day on the other side of the pond! We've still got the sun for some time now. It warms all the way through my cold winter-bones, storing heat for the next winter season! ´)

Hej Jack! Yes, father and son and fishing - a special bond, isn't it. I like to take photos of children of that age. They are so spontaneous.
